Free cancellation, if the cancellation is made 3 days before the arrival date, the payment will be refunded in full (2% admin fee applies). However, if the cancellation is made in less than 3 days before your arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
In the event of an early departure, or of not checking-in, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged and the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
Cancellations or Modifications
In the event of a booking being cancelled or modified 72 hours prior to the day of arrival at the hotel, the management reserves the right to collect an amount corresponding to 100% of the total booking price. If it is made from 24 hours after the arrival at the hotel, the guest will be charged the total amount of the stay.
In cases of demonstrable COVID-19, no penalty will be applied in the cancellation of the reservation made.
The booking is confirmed and guaranteed for the whole night with the credit card payment. In the event that the guest does not arrive at the hotel without giving prior notice, the first night will be charged (including VAT and taxes). The holder of the credit card used to make the booking must correspond to the guest who is staying at the establishment. The credit card used to make the booking will be requested upon arrival to verify that the data provided is correct. The credit card holder must be present when this is carried out.
When a room has been booked with a non-refundable rate and in the event of a cancellation, this amount will not be refundable, unless it is due to a Force Majeure situation.
