Web Rate Cancellations or Modifications
Free cancellation up to:
5 days before: All year round, except from 19 December 2025 to 6 January 2026, from 2 to 5 April 2026, from 19 June to 12 September 2026 and from 18 December 2026 to 6 January 2027. After this time, we will charge 50% of the total amount of the stay to your card, which will be non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
10 days before: From 19 December 2025 to 6 January 2026, from 2 to 5 April 2026, from 19 June to 12 September 2026 and from 18 December 2026 to 6 January 2027. Bookings of 3 or more rooms: These will be considered group bookings and may have different surcharges, prepayment requirements, and cancellation policies than those mentioned above.
Bookings of 14 or more nights: These will be Non-Refundable, with the total stay amount charged upon reservation and no modification or cancellation allowed.
In case of early departure or no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged, and the booking will be automatically canceled.
Non-Refundable Rates
When booking a non-refundable rate, and in the event of cancellation, this amount will not be refundable unless due to force majeure.
